How To Cook Ground Meat In The Oven
Preheat oven to 400°F
fresh or frozen ground meat
put the ground meat onto a rack in a pan and put it oven (healthiest way is to put the ground meat on a rack in the pan so that the meat doesn't cook in its juice).
Cook in oven for 60 minutes or until brown and meat thermometer reads around 160°F - 170°F.
This is also a very easy way to make meatballs because the meat sticks together really well.
